Hair Styling Team

Time: 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm
Attire: Volunteer t-shirt or all black
* This team will be responsible for styling the “Honored Guests” hair. Experience is necessary! You MUST be a licensed cosmetologist or a student in Cosmetology School in order to register to serve in this area.


Make-up Team

Time: 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm
Attire: Volunteer T-Shirt or all black
*This team will be responsible for applying makeup for the female guests. We prefer those with professional experience.


Flower Team – FULL

Time: 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Attire: Volunteer T-Shirt
*This team is responsible for helping guests pick out a corsage or boutonniere (and pinning on if necessary)


Jewelry Team – FULL

Time: 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Attire: Volunteer T-Shirt
*This team is responsible for helping female guests pick out a piece of jewelry of their liking.


Sewing Team

Time: Thursday, March 9th from 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm, Friday, March 10th from 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm, Saturday, March 11th from 8:30 am -11:00 am, Tuesday, March 14th from 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm, Thursday, March 16th from 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm, Saturday, March 18th from 8:30 am -11:00 am
Attire: Volunteer T-Shirt
* This team attends the dress fittings and makes minor alterations on dresses prior to Prom. You do NOT have to attend every dress fitting. Sewing experience necessary.

Limo Team – FULL

Time: 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Attire: Volunteer T-Shirt
*This team is responsible for kindly helping the guests into limos. Must be able to help lift students in wheelchairs, if needed.


Directional Flow Team

Time: 4:45 pm to 7:00 pm
Attire: Yellow ANTR T-Shirt (Provided by ANTR for the evening)
* This team will help direct guests to their destinations, with a smile!


Parking Team

Time: Arrival Team 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm Departure Team 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm
Attire: Yellow ANTR T-Shirt (Provided by ANTR for the evening)
* This team will help direct traffic, keep the parking lot flowing and keep pedestrians safe!


Check-in Team – FULL

Time: 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Attire: Volunteer T-Shirt
*This team is responsible for helping the Honored Guests and Student Hosts check-in.


“Ushers”

Time: 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Attire: Volunteer T-Shirt
*Ushers will be in their receptive area assignments to help maintain the flow and order of each room. Team Leads will provide specific instructions for each usher.


Gift Bag Team – FULL

Time: 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm
Attire: Volunteer T-Shirt
*This team will be responsible for organizing and distributing the Gift Bags to the Honored Guests at the end of the evening.


HOST Gift Distribution Team – FULL

Time: 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm
Attire: Volunteer T-Shirt
*This team will be responsible for collecting name tags from Student Hosts and distributing a “Thank You” gift at the end of the evening.


Photography

Time: 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Attire: Volunteer T-Shirt
*This team is responsible for helping the photographers get the students in the right spot for their photos as well as keeping track of the photos being taken.


Videography – FULL

Time: 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Attire: Volunteer T-Shirt
*This team is responsible for capturing video footage of  the entire prom experience. You must have your own camera and turn your footage over to A Night to Remember within one week of prom. All video footage is the property of A Night to Remember

Food Serving Team – FULL

Time: 4:30 pm- 8:30 pm
Attire: Volunteer T-Shirt, black bottoms
*This team will be responsible for seating the guests, serving the tables, clearing the tables, running food, and various other tasks associated with food service.

Decoration Team

Time: Day of event
Attire: Volunteer T-Shirt (close-toed shoes)
*This team will be responsible for decorating the room.


Setup Team

Time: 10:00 am to 2:00pm
Attire: Volunteer T-Shirt (close-toed shoes)
*This team will be responsible for helping to set up the room, assemble the dance floor and set up the atrium hallways.


Balloon Distribution Team

Time: 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm
Attire: Comfy clothes and closed toed shoes.
*This team will be responsible for helping distribute balloons across the event campus


Decoration Tear-Down Team

Time: 9:00 pm to 10:30 pm
Attire: Comfy clothes and closed toed shoes.
*This team will be responsible for helping to “tear down” the decoration in the dance room, and hallway.


Tear-Down Team

Time: 8:00 pm to 9:30 pm
Attire: Comfy clothes and closed toed shoes.
*This team will be responsible for helping “tear down” the event. As each room is finished being used, the tear down team will help return it to it’s original state (as directed by team lead)

Paparazzi Team

Time: 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm

*This team cheers on the Honored Guests as they walk down the red carpet.
